I truly appreciate what you do – you provide an invaluable resource. Still, not everyone can afford hand creams or other products that cost as much as gold. I realize that it’s a bit of a compromise but it would be helpful to those of us who don’t do all our shopping at Whole Foods if you could recommend more solidly good products that are more affordable to more people. Thanks.

I would downgrade L’occitane due to the container which is aluminum and crimps. I was unable to get about 25% of the balm due to this. Not a good thing for such an expensive brand.

Look at Boom products- love their Boomsilk for my face, only product I’ve ever used on my face and don’t break out and I’m 66 yrs old. Only made from Olive oil, water, beeswax, honey and Vit E. So I put it on my eyes and lips too. Love their Boomsilk cream and would slather it on my whole body if it were cheaper. Basically just use olive oil or coconut oil on the rest of my body.

JULIE, some passed (100%) products have non-organic, GMO oils (usually listing their botanical names). I’m worried about glyphosate residue in otherwise clean cosmetics. I had an AI search for me and it had a very difficult time finding 100% safe examples! What do you think —is perfect impossible? Thank you!
